Career

McMahon began his career as a model, appearing on the cover of numerous magazines and walking the runway for top designers. He made his acting debut in the early 1990s with small roles in Australian television shows. In the late 1990s, he gained recognition for his role as Ben Reynolds on the TV series "Nash Bridges." His breakthrough role came when he played Dr. Chris Temple in the TV drama "The Practitioner" (2001).

McMahon is perhaps best known for his portrayal of Warden Henry Glynn in the critically acclaimed HBO series "Wentworth Prison" (2013-2014) and as Ben Donovan on the TV comedy series "Galavant" (2015-2016).
